Successful Listing of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. on Main Board of Hong Kong

Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (“Livzon”) (Stock code: 1513) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 16 January 2014.
On the first listing day, Mr.Zhu Baoguo, our Chairman, and other senior management attended the official listing ceremony held at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and witnessed this special occasion.
This marks a solid step of Livzon Group towards internationalization.
